Distributor 30 Day Limited Warranty
What is covered: Any defect or malfunction in this product including Physical Damage and Device Software Issues that are present on receipt of the item by the customer.
What is not covered: Water damage, any problem that is caused by abuse or misuse of the product, network issues (dropped calls, low signal), damage due to using accessories not specified in the user manual, software updates/reprogramming. The warranty will be void if the IMEI on the phone is removed or changed, the seals on the product have been tampered, or the software of the phone has been changed by means of flashing the OS, re-programming the phone, or any other alteration. All returned cell phones must include manufacturers original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included parts. Distributor reserves the right to refuse a return if original parts or packaging are not included. .
For how long: 30 days from the date the item ships from the distributor warehouse.
What Distributor will do: Replace the phone with an exchange for an identical phone together with the payment of all shipping charges associated with the return of the damaged phone and the shipment of a replacement phone back to you.
How to Get Service: Log into your Buy.com MyAccount to request a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to finalize your return request. Replacement phones will be shipped with 3-5 days following distributors receipt of the original phone. Returned products must be received by distributor in the same condition as received by the customer.
DISTRIBUTOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DISTRIBUTOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
